I chose a boarding school because I wanted a new experience. Being at Northfield Mount Hermon has exposed me to living in a small, rural area, and it’s exciting because I’ve never lived anywhere like this. Most of all, I wanted to get a head start in preparing for college life, which I can do at boarding school.
Being a TEAK Fellow has made me even more studious and motivated to succeed. I’ve become more responsible, and I’ve become better at organizing and managing my schedule. All of these things served me well in high school.
